Our children's birthday parties are fantastic, fun, outdoor entertainment. The children will get an exciting round of mini golf on our 9 hole golf course, run off some steam in our mini meadows play area and then sit with all of the their friends to continue the celebration in our Yurt for some delicious food.

Mini Golf Party Packages
Weekends
Choose from convenient weekend time slots, either 10am - 12pm or 1pm - 3pm.
Children will enjoy a game of mini golf and mini meadows play area.
We will then provide platters of ham, jam and cheese sandwiches, crisps, biscuits, fresh fruit, and jugs of squash (orange and blackcurrant) and water. For an extra charge feel free to add:
Pick & Mix Sweet Bags - £1.50 per child
Homemade Vanilla Buttercream Sprinkle Cake - £30
Minimum of 20 children / Maximum of 35 children
Full party package: £8 per head
School Holiday Weekdays
Parties during the school holidays only run between 10am - 12pm.
Children will enjoy a game of mini golf and mini meadows play area.

Yurt Only Booking
Hire of the Yurt space only - no golf, food and drinks will be provided. The yurt will need to be left how you found it. Any outside catering on site must have full allergen and ingredients lists. Any private entertainers or vendors must provide a copy of public liability insurance a week before the date to access site.
Charged at £15 per hour
Booking information
The Garden Centre, Meadow Croft Kitchen and the 10TH Hole kiosk will be open as usual during the party. Parents/guardians will be responsible for the care and supervision of all guests at all times. Where children are left by their parents/guardians whilst attending the party, the appropriate adult(s) and the person making the booking MUST assume this responsibility. We always have one first aider on site.
Any dietary requirements or allergies/intolerances, MUST be stated on the booking form. Any changes or updates to this information MUST be emailed to theyurt@meadow-croft.co.uk at leaste two weeks prior to the party date. Please note that we cannot guarantee that our meals are allergen free as these may contain traces due to all our meals being made fresh on site. Every effort is made to avoid cross-contamination.
No food, drink or additional catering is to be brough into the garden centre or party without prior agreement from the catering team.
Meadow Croft Garden Centre cannot take responsibility for any loss or damage to clothing or belongings. Parents/Guardians are responsible for ensuring that belongings are safe.
Please ensure that children are dressed for the expected weather conditions. We have a rainy-day guarantee to change your booking as long as we are notified the day before your party. Failure to do this will result in the full balance being held under our cancellation policy. You can only re-book your party under our rainy-day guarantee once.
Payment
A party booking is only confirmed once an £80 deposit has been paid and signed/dated a copy of our terms and conditions. We require the remainder of your balance to be paid 14 days prior to the party date, or we reserve the right to cancel without refund. We are happy to cancel your party free of charge up to two weeks before the party is due to take place, any cancellations made after that will be charged at the agreed total price of the party.
