These Terms and Conditions apply to the Meadow Croft Garden Centre website. In these terms, “Meadow Croft”, “we”, “our”, or “us” refers to Meadow Croft Garden Centre, and “you” or “your” refers to you as the customer. These Terms and Conditions should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy (and any associated documents issued relating to Meadow Croft services, delivery, returns and refunds). By continuing to browse and/or using our website, you are accepting our Terms and Conditions and our Privacy Policy.

The content of the pages of this website are for your general information and use only. These can be subject to change at any time without notice. Our website contains material which is owned by or licenced to us and subject to copyright rules. This material includes, but it not limited to, the design, layout, look, appearance, graphics, photographs or other marketing materials. Use of or reproduction is prohibited without our explicit consent and legal action may be taken if any person(s)or business is found using the content found on our website without permission.
Products, Content and Specifications
Where details of our products and services are published on our website, all features, content, specifications, products and prices described or depicted are subject to change at any time without notice. Unless expressly noted, all weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and provided for convenience purposes only. Packaging may vary from that shown, and the appearance of a product in reality may differ from its appearance to you on the website due to the limitations of the systems used to access the website. The inclusion of any products or services on our website at a particular time does not imply or warrant that these products or services will be available in future. Unless stated otherwise, the prices shown are inclusive of VAT. Due to circumstances beyond our control, prices may be altered up or down at any given time. Products or services may be withdrawn at any time.
Omission and Errors
Every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of literature, technical data or illustrations made available in relation to our marketing material, articles, products and services. All descriptions and illustrations on our website, or in any other document provided by us, are intended for general guidance only and do not form part of any contract between you or us (unless specifically stated). We accept no liability for any errors or omissions in such documents and cannot be liable in any circumstances for any loss or damage resulting from your reliance on such descriptions and illustrations. We will promptly correct any errors brought to our attention.
Gift Cards
Meadow Croft gift cards can be used in full or part payment for goods across the garden centre site including promotional offers.
Meadow Croft gift gards cannot be used for purchases made over the phone.
If the entire balance of a gift card is not spent in one transactionm the remaining balance will remain available on the gift card for future use. The gift card balance will be printed on the till receipt after each use.
Meadow Croft may exclude specific products from purchase via gift cards. We currently do not accept gift cards as payment for Calor Gas or for the purchase of other gift cards or vouchers such as National Garden Gift Cards. We reserve the right to amend this list at any time.
Gift card quanities should be checked immediately upon receipt. Any discrepancies must be notified immediately.
All Meadow Croft gift cards hold an expiry date, 24 months (730 days) from date of activation. Once expired, any funds remaining on the gift card will automatically be cleared.
Gift cards must be treated like cash, we cannot be held liable for lost, stolen or damaged gift cards and they will not be replaced.
Meadow Croft gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash and cash refunds will not be available for products purchases with this card.
The re-sale of Meadow Croft gift cards is strictly prohibited.
We reserve the right to decline or withdraw gift cards and the right to amend these terms and conditions of the gift cards at any time and take appropriate actions, including the cancellation of the gift card, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary.
Meadow Croft gift cards may not be used in promotions including as giveaways in competitions or prize draws without our prior written consent.
Meadow Croft Garden Centre may cancel any gift card that it suspects has been obtained via an unauthorised sale or promotional activity.
Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms.

Meadow Croft may make changes to our website, and any products or services, at any time and without advance notice.
We give no warranty and make no representation, expressed or implied, as to (1) the adequacy or appropriateness of the products or services for your purpose, (2) the truth of any information given on our website, (3) any implied warranty or condition as to merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, (4) non-infringement of any right.
Our website may contain links to other websites. These links are provided for your convenience to provide access to further information. They do not signify that we endorse the website(s).
